I am attempting to run a batch file with the Shimadzu QP 2010+ and keep receiving the error, "Illegal to call out while inside message filter". What should I do?

Error Message

  • This error message indicates that the Cycle Composer and GC/MS Solutions software are not properly communicating.
  • The software is indicating that the pathway for the method being used is not correct, making it unable to find the folder.
  • This may happen even if the correct pathway is being used.
  • In order to correct this error, the operator must change the pathways so that they are incorrect, restart the computer, and then change them back to the correct pathways.
