I am receiving an MFC error when I attempt to start a batch file on my Shimadzu QP 2010+. How can I correct this issue?

MFC Error

  • The MFC error is caused by a conflict between the Windows Operating System and the Shimadzu GCMS Real Time Analysis software.
  • To resolve this error, restart the laptop and when Windows is fully loaded, open the GCMS Real Time Analysis software.
  • Next, create a new batch file using the attached step-by-step document titled "Batch File Setup" and proceed with the analysis of the samples.
