What do I do if I oversaturate the HAPSITE Smart?

While running a method you may see several red lines in the chromatogram on the laptop. This indicates that the unit has oversaturated. In severe cases of oversaturation the mass spectrometer will shutdown. First, run several blank cbqc runs to see if the unit will clear out on its own. If cbqc runs are not successful you may need to perform a column bake out. Contact technical support if a column bake out is needed.
