RF Power Supply Error
- This error may be caused by the filament lead wires coming into contact or close proximity of each other.
- Complete an auto-shutdown of the instrument and power it off.
- Open the mass spectrometer door and inspect all eight of the lead wires and carefully adjust any that may be making contact with another.
- Power the instrument back on and complete an auto-start.
- After allowing the instrument to be under vacuum for at least four hours, attempt another auto-tune.
